About Us
Welcome to The Danish Place Restaurant, where tradition, family, and comfort come together in every dish. Nestled in the heart of Puslinch, our family-run restaurant is dedicated to sharing the celebration of Hygge (Hue-guh); the Danish concept of comfort, connection, well-being, and good food.
Since he was old enough to work, Darrin has poured his heart and soul into the hospitality industry, bringing his passion for food and service to life through restaurant dining and catering. In July 2021, Darrin and his family, brought this passion to The Danish Place Restaurant.
Growing up in a large farming family, Darrin’s wife Maria has been home cooking and baking since she could reach the stove! Her dedication to providing authentic fresh meals made from scratch shows with every bite. From her Rullepølse to her Kransekage, Maria has captured the flavours that bring Danish tradition to life!
Together, with their 4 children, Darrin & Maria have created a place where you can experience the best of traditional Danish cuisine, served in a welcoming environment.
We invite you to slow down, relax, and enjoy the simple joys of good food and good company.
Velkommen!
